We have had a successful year and are thankful to all of our customers who have continued to support our business. Now, we want to pay it forward and share the warmth by giving back to our community. This winter, we’re offering a Free Furnace—fully installed—to a deserving local family who could use a little extra help staying warm. Help us heat a deserving home! We need YOUR help to find that family. If you or you know someone who could benefit from a new furnace this winter, please nominate them!

UKV HVAC Holiday Furnace Giveaway Terms and Conditions
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
- Sponsor
The “New Year, New Location” Furnace Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by UKV HVAC, located in Clarksburg, WV.
- Eligibility
No purchase necessary
Participants must be at least 18 years old and legal residents of West Virginia.
The Giveaway is open to homeowners residing within the following counties:
– Harrison County
– Taylor County
– Doddridge County
– Monongalia County
– Barbour County
– Upshur County
– Lewis County
– Gilmer County
Home must be owner occupied – rental property will not be considered.
Prior installations are not eligible.
- Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on Saturday, January 18 2025 and ends at February 15th, 2025. Winner Announced on Monday, February17th.
- How to Enter
Participants may enter the Giveaway by filling out the form on the website.
Only one entry per household is allowed.
- Prize
Prize Description: One (1) new furnace, including standard installation, will be provided by UKV HVAC at no cost to the winner.
Scope of Installation: The free installation covers the furnace and its immediate connection to the existing HVAC system. The following are NOT INCLUDED:
Adding, repairing, or replacing ductwork.
Electrical upgrades or modifications.
Gas line installation or adjustments.
Drywall repair, carpentry, or cosmetic restoration.
Permit fees are the homeowners responsibility.
Limitations: The existing heating system and utility connections must be in suitable, working condition for immediate installation. If additional work is required to meet installation standards, the winner will have the option to:
- Pay for any additional work at standard UKV HVAC rates, or
- Forfeit the prize.
- Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by a random drawing conducted by UKV HVAC on February 17th, 2025 via Facebook at 6pm.
The winner will be notified via phone call within 48 hours of the drawing.
If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, they will forfeit the prize, and a new winner will be drawn.
- Installation
The installation must be scheduled and completed by UKV HVAC within 30 days of the winner being notified.
Installation will occur during regular UKV HVAC business hours and must comply with local codes and regulations.
- Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner grants UKV HVAC permission to use their name, likeness, and residence city for promotional purposes, including announcements and social media posts, without additional compensation.
- General Conditions
UKV HVAC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway for any reason, including fraud, technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances.
UKV HVAC reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and to disqualify anyone who violates these terms and conditions.
The winner must agree to sign a liability release and/or promotional consent form prior to installation.
Prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other offer.
UKV HVAC reserves the right to amend or terminate this offer at any time.
- Limitation of Liability
UKV HVAC shall not be held responsible for any damages, costs, or claims arising out of the installation process beyond the scope of the prize as described.
Participants agree to release and hold harmless UKV HVAC, its employees, and affiliates from any and all claims or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize.
- Disputes
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in the local county.
- Privacy
Personal information collected as part of this Giveaway will not be shared with third parties.
- Agreement to Terms
Participation in this Giveaway constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions.
